Iti multumim in primul rand pentru interesul acordat participarii la evenimentul nostru auto, dar si pentru faptul ca ai ales sa citesti acest regulament. Scopul sau este de a ne asigura ca experienta fiecarui participant si a vizitatorilor este sigura, placuta si lipsita de neintelegeri.

Te rugam sa parcurgi cu atentie regulile si recomandarile prezentate, deoarece respectarea acestora contribuie la buna desfasurare a evenimentului si la crearea unei atmosfere prietenoase si profesioniste pentru toti cei implicati.

• Totii participantii trebuie sa respecte indicatiile personalului si ale organizatorilor pe intreaga durata a evenimentului.

• Accesul in zona de expozitie se face numai pe baza legitimaTiei/bratarii sau a tichetului primit la inscriere, iar acestea trebuie purtate vizibil pe toata durata participarii.

• Fiecare vehicul trebuie sa fie in stare tehnica corespunzatoare, curat si pregatit pentru prezentare. Vehiculele cu defecte majore sau scurgeri de lichide nu vor fi acceptate in zona de expozitie.

• Este interzisa modificarea sau manipularea vehiculelor altor participanti fara acordul expres al acestora. Orice deteriorare cauzata poate duce la responsabilizarea financiara a participantului vinovat.

• Parcarea vehiculelor se face strict in locurile desemnate de organizatori. Orice vehicul parcat neregulamentar poate fi relocat sau eliminat de catre personalul organizatoric.

• Este obligatoriu ca toate vehiculele sa aiba franele, luminile si sistemele de siguranta functionale.

• Accesul in zona de expozitie cu animale de companie este permis numai cu respectarea regulilor de siguranta si igiena, iar animalele trebuie tinute sub control permanent.

•  consumul de alcool este permis doar in cazul in care autoturismul ramane parcat pe toata perioada evenimentului. suntem in colaborare cu autoritatile locale pentru a denunta Orice participant aflat sub influenta alcoolului sau al altor substante care doreste sa se urce la volan.

• Este interzis orice comportament agresiv, jignitor sau care poate crea disconfort altor participanti sau vizitatori. Respectul fata de ceilalti este obligatoriu.

• Toate vehiculele expuse trebuie sa fie insotite de documentele necesare: talon, asigurare si orice alte acte solicitate de organizatori.

• Participantii sunt responsabili pentru siguranta lor personala si pentru obiectele personale. Organizatorii nu isi asuma raspunderea pentru pierderi, furturi sau accidente care apar din neglijenta participantilor.

• Fumatul este permis doar in zonele special desemnate. Este interzis in incinta expozitiei, in apropierea vehiculelor si a materialelor inflamabile.

• Copiii trebuie supravegheati permanent de catre adulti. Organizatorii nu isi asuma raspunderea pentru accidente cauzate de neglijenta in supravegherea minorilor.

• Orice incident, accident sau situatie neprevazuta trebuie raportata imediat personalului organizatoric.

• Organizatorii isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica regulile in orice moment pentru siguranta si buna desfasurare a evenimentului, iar participantii sunt obligati sa respecte aceste modificari.

• Nerespectarea regulilor poate duce la eliminarea participantului din eveniment fara posibilitate de rambursare a taxelor de participare si fara alte notificari suplimentare.

• All participants must follow the instructions of the staff and organizers throughout the event.

• Access to the exhibition area is allowed only with a valid pass, wristband, or ticket received at registration, and it must be worn visibly at all times.

• Each vehicle must be in proper technical condition, clean, and ready for display. Vehicles with major defects or fluid leaks will not be allowed in the exhibition area.

• It is forbidden to modify or handle other participants’ vehicles without their explicit consent. Any damage caused may result in financial responsibility for the participant at fault.

• Vehicles must be parked strictly in the designated areas provided by the organizers. Any vehicle parked incorrectly may be relocated or removed by the event staff.

• All vehicles must have functional brakes, lights, and safety systems.

• Access to the exhibition area with pets is allowed only if safety and hygiene rules are respected, and animals must be kept under control at all times.

• Alcohol consumption is allowed only if the vehicle remains parked for the entire duration of the event. We cooperate with local authorities to report any participant under the influence of alcohol or other substances attempting to drive.

• Any aggressive, offensive, or disruptive behavior toward other participants or visitors is strictly prohibited. Respect for others is mandatory.

• All displayed vehicles must be accompanied by the necessary documents: registration certificate, insurance, and any other documents requested by the organizers.

• Participants are responsible for their personal safety and belongings. The organizers are not liable for losses, thefts, or accidents resulting from participant negligence.

• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. It is prohibited inside the exhibition area, near vehicles, and close to flammable materials.

• Children must be supervised at all times by an adult. Organizers are not responsible for accidents caused by lack of supervision.

• Any incident, accident, or unexpected situation must be reported immediately to the event staff.

• Organizers reserve the right to modify the rules at any time for the safety and proper running of the event, and participants are required to comply with any changes.

• Failure to comply with the rules may result in the participant being removed from the event without a refund of registration fees and without further notice.
